You may have been living for a long time in an older suite, which consequently hasn't had the benefit of the suite improvements we often complete on suite turnover. If you would love a new look, you can contact us to discuss a suite upgrade. We would amortize our costs of completing the suite improvements for you over a five year period and you would repay us those costs with a commensurate increase in your monthly rent. You'd still be able to give Notice to vacate as provided for in Landlord Tenant law.
Features of a completely renovated suite may include:

- Hardwood laminate flooring in the living and bedroom areas
- Ceramics in the entry, kitchen and bath
- Stylish new cabinetry or re-faced cabinetry
